These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the bk1947 platform. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any bets. Using bk1947 means you accept these terms in full.
These six areas cover the most important parts of your agreement with bk1947. Full details are in the sections below.
You must be 18 or older to register. One account per person. Providing false information during registration is grounds for account closure.
All transactions are in PKR. Supported methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and bank transfer. Withdrawals go back to verified payment methods only.
Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Misuse of promotions, including multi-accounting to claim bonuses more than once, will result in forfeiture.
Game outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems. Attempting to manipulate results, exploit software errors or use automated betting tools is prohibited.
Deposit limits, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion are available. Players are responsible for managing their own gaming activity within their means.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User") and bk1947 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the bk1947 website, creating an account, making a deposit or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the bk1947 platform. These Terms apply to all sections of the platform including slots, live casino, sports betting, bingo and any other services made available through bk1947 from time to time.

bk1947 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. The effective date shown at the top of this page reflects when the current version came into force.
bk1947 is strictly for users aged 18 and over. Registering, depositing or placing bets on behalf of anyone under 18 is prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

bk1947 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. If satisfactory verification cannot be provided, the account may be suspended and access to funds withheld pending resolution.
Each user is permitted to hold one account on bk1947. Opening duplicate accounts — whether using the same identity or different details — is a violation of these Terms. If duplicate accounts are identified, bk1947 may close all but the original account, void any bets placed from duplicate accounts, and forfeit any bonuses obtained through them.
You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information during registration. This includes your full name, date of birth, and contact details. Providing false information — including using someone else's identity — is a serious breach and may result in immediate account closure without return of funds, in addition to any legal consequences that may apply.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. bk1947 will never contact you to ask for your password. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately through the channels provided in your account settings.
Do not share your login credentials with anyone. bk1947 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the security of login details has been compromised by the account holder.
bk1947 may at any time request identity and payment verification documents ("Know Your Customer" or KYC). This is standard practice for financial platforms and is necessary to process withdrawals and comply with anti-money laundering obligations. You agree to provide requested documentation promptly. Accounts where KYC is outstanding may have withdrawals held until verification is complete.
All transactions on bk1947 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no currency conversions applied to deposits or withdrawals. The PKR amount you deposit is the PKR amount credited to your account.
bk1947 currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods:
Deposits are for the purpose of funding your bk1947 balance to participate in the games and betting markets available on the platform. Deposits for any other purpose are not permitted. Minimum and maximum deposit limits per method are displayed in the cashier section of your account and may be updated from time to time.
Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit where possible. bk1947 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawal requests. Processing times vary by method — mobile wallet withdrawals are typically processed faster than bank transfers.
bk1947 does not accept deposits from third parties. Funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from unverified or third-party sources may be returned and the account suspended pending investigation.
An account that has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. bk1947 will attempt to contact you at the registered email address before applying any dormancy policy. The current dormancy policy including any applicable administrative fee will be communicated at the time of dormancy notice.
From time to time bk1947 offers bonuses, free bets, free spins and other promotional offers to eligible users. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
Bonuses are typically subject to wagering requirements — a specified number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit) must be wagered before any resulting winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each promotion is stated in the promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements before requesting a withdrawal may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
Promotions are available once per eligible user unless stated otherwise. Attempting to claim a promotion more than once — including through duplicate accounts, use of different devices or payment methods — constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
Bonuses that are not used within the validity period specified in the promotion terms will expire and be removed from your account automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
bk1947 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Decisions on bonus eligibility and wagering compliance are at the sole discretion of bk1947.
All sports bets — including cricket, PSL, T20, football and esports — are subject to the specific rules of the relevant market as displayed at the time the bet is placed. Bets accepted on the platform are final once confirmed, subject to the void conditions described below. bk1947 reserves the right to void bets in cases of obvious pricing error, data feed failure, or where the event is cancelled or abandoned before the relevant market is determined.
A bet may be voided if: the event is cancelled; the event starts before the advertised start time and the bet was placed after the actual start; a data or pricing error is identified; or the bet was placed in breach of these Terms. Voided bets are returned to your account balance.
All casino game and slot outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Results are independently random and not subject to any influence by the platform or the player. Malfunctions of any game software void all related bets and pay-outs for the affected round. Any winnings resulting from a clear software error — including incorrectly displayed odds, pay tables or outcomes — will be voided.
Bingo is played according to the rules displayed in each bingo room. Prizes are awarded to the first eligible card meeting the winning pattern. In the event of simultaneous wins, the prize is shared equally. bk1947 does not guarantee a minimum number of players in any bingo room.
Maximum single win limits may apply to certain games or bet types. These limits are displayed in the relevant game information or bet slip at the time of play. Winnings above the applicable maximum may be adjusted to the stated limit at bk1947's discretion.
bk1947 is committed to maintaining a fair and safe environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, balance forfeiture and potential legal action:
bk1947 uses fraud detection tools and reserves the right to review any account suspected of prohibited conduct. Accounts found in violation will be closed immediately and balances withheld pending investigation. bk1947 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities where required.
bk1947 takes responsible gaming seriously. Online gaming carries financial risk and is intended as entertainment. It is not a means of generating income. You agree to use the platform responsibly and within your financial means.

Self-exclusion requests are processed as quickly as possible. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed until the minimum self-exclusion period has elapsed. bk1947 will not market to self-excluded users during the exclusion period.
bk1947 does not permit users under 18 to register or play. Parents and guardians are advised to use parental control software if minors have access to shared devices used to access bk1947.
bk1947 collects and processes personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. By registering, you consent to the collection and processing of your data for the purposes of account management, payment processing, KYC verification, fraud prevention and platform improvement.
Your data will not be sold to third parties for marketing purposes. bk1947 may share data with payment processors, identity verification services and law enforcement where required by law or platform security obligations.
You have the right to request access to personal data held about you, request corrections to inaccurate data, and request deletion of your data subject to any legal retention requirements. Requests should be submitted via the support contact provided in Section 12.
bk1947 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure continuous availability and accurate operation, we do not warrant that:
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bk1947 excludes liability for any losses arising from your use of the platform, including financial losses from betting or gaming, losses resulting from reliance on inaccurate information displayed on the platform, or losses arising from service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
Gaming and betting carry inherent financial risk. bk1947 accepts no responsibility for losses incurred through normal use of the platform. You accept that placing bets or playing games may result in loss of your deposited funds.
bk1947 reserves the right to update, modify or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered users via email or an in-platform notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the current version came into effect.
Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and may close your account by contacting support.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. bk1947 recommends bookmarking this page and checking it whenever you receive a change notification.
